1. The challenges of the position>

  • Increase business and attractiveness on the European and Middle East markets
  • Structure the development strategy and ensure its implementation
  • Improve the agency’s visibility on the international market in connection with the communication team

2. Scope of the position

  • Define and implement the short and medium term development strategy
  • Develop the client portfolio at the international level by prospecting for major accounts
  • Monitor and detect opportunities
  • Give visibility to the agency and develop communication actions
  • Promote the agency’s expertise on social networks in collaboration with the person in charge of communication
  • Take and prepare commercial meetings
  • Present the agency alone or with one of the associates depending on the case
  • Participate in the taking of briefs
  • Write the methodology, prepare budgets and schedules
  • Nurture the relationship over time with prospects
  • Ensure reporting to the Director of the french agency


  • An international profile, English-speaking or English native, having already had at least a first experience of commercial development in an agency, preferably in Sound Branding but who can also come from audiovisual production or branding (a music lover), who wants to join an agency which is developing internationally, and who can take a position of manager in a geographical area. The position can be variable depending on the profile.
