International Offering Marketing Project Manager

The Company

Our client is the second largest international player in the express delivery market for businesses and individuals, present in 32 countries and combining innovative technologies and local expertise. Closely linked to e-commerce, our client is creating new positions to support strong growth. Within the central marketing direction, the Services Department is looking for its future International Services Project Manager to support the Business Units in the design of their new international offers.


1. Services Management

  • Design an intercontinental offer (outbound/inbound)
  • Determine the service specifications, and formalise their descriptions.
  • Define and maintain the service documentation and codification, and ensure consistency with operational and IT processes
  • Ensure development, training, and communication of new or evolving services, specifically through presentations, exhibitions, conferences with support of other Marketing and Communications colleagues, to increase the brand preference globally in line with the International strategy
  • Identify Potential service improvements and monitor the performances of their services (volume, performance, costs…)
  • Be the reference contact for Business Unit’s requests regarding the managed services.

2. Services Projects Management 

  • Manage projects cross-functionally with all stakeholders (Marketing & Communications, Sales, IT, Operations, Customs, international business units…) and in particular with the International Management team, at group level but as well with Business units, specifically the international products managers
  • Contribute to connecting business units out of Europe to standard network and vice-versa
  • Anticipate possible impacts with support of other head office functions.
  • Support the Asia-Americas, Middle-East and Africa divisions to develop intercontinental turn over
  • Participate to trainings of Business Unit’s
  • Coordinate end-to-end tests with Business units when needed

3. Research

  • Watch service evolutions and market developments
  • Consolidate international market research with support of Market Research department
  • Identify trends and monitor competition.
  • Spot areas of growth and market opportunities.


  • Business school or Engineering degree + Marketing specialization
  • 6-7 years experience in services portfolio management on B2B and B2C segments, with exposure to pricing and customer journey matters.
  • Travels to be anticipated
  • Organisational and interpersonal competencies, specifically:
  • Understanding of common and BU’s offerings
  • General understanding of operations and main underlying systems
  • Marketing approach, offerings benchmark
  • Customer and business orientation
  • Project management
  • Multicultural awareness
  • English fluency (written & spoken)
