The company

Our client, a world leader in services related to the international shopping ecosystem, is looking for its future Head of Marketing. Our client is supporting retailers around the world to capture the growth of international shoppers. Its mission is to connect all stakeholders involved in the international shopping ecosystem.The B2B Marketing Director will have to build the marketing strategy, team and tools. To support new positioning and perception To generate interests and leads with new stakeholders in the client portfolio To Harmonize and enrich the sales tools to support all the Group sales team in delivering an increased and more complex value proposal


1. Define the B2B Marketing strategy along with the VP and CEO

  • Set up and manage the team: a responsible of CRM will report to him from the beginning. He will be able to recruit a Responsible of Sales Marketing and a Responsible of Content Marketing in H1 2022

2. Under his scope he will be responsible of 

  • Content marketing: Create the content and insights, omnichannel, marketing solutions… (Observatory, survey results, white papers….) Define the strategy of content distribution (targets and channels, events…)
  • Sales marketing: Create the sales material, Create clients’ case studies and testimonials. Building the brand image, storytelling (in coordination with the group communication team). Create the tools for the sales team (FAQ, pricing list, competitive landscape and USP…)
  • CRM: in charge of collecting sales team needs for development, ensure the value creation pillars roll out monitoring is feasible with CRM, the training and management of key uses community, implement marketing automation strategy
  • Animate a community of local teams that will relay at country level the marketing tools and materials


  • A graduate of a business school or a Master degree in Marketing/management needed
  • Experience of 5 to 10 years in B2B marketing required with a first experience in managing a team
  • Experienced in project management
  • Very good communicator
  • Leadership with a strong understanding of marketing techniques and analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem
  • High level of English language
  • Rigorous, Spirit of synthesis, and Pragmatism
  • Capacity to adapt her or himself to the public
